Closing Festival at Club Dialog: Bridge of Light

Invitation to the joint event “Bridge of Light” with Club Dialog

At the end of the year, Club Dialog with its project Bridge of Respect (Brücke des Respekts) and the House of One invite you to a special evening: the closing festival “Bridge of Light.”

Together, we want to celebrate light, warmth and community – in a season in which Chanukah, Christmas and the Muslim tradition of reflecting on light, family and compassion meet in a unique way.

On this evening, people from different religions and cultures come together to share experiences, enjoy music and speak about the meaning of light in our traditions.

While Jewish communities remember the miracle of the lights of Chanukah and Christians celebrate the arrival of the divine light at Christmas, Muslim participants share reflections on light (An-Nur) as a symbol of knowledge and divine closeness.

We will tell stories, listen to inspiring voices, sing, light candles together – the Chanukiah and the Advent candle – and spend an evening of giving, listening and being with one another.

Participation is free of charge, but places are limited.
