Last Friday evening, we celebrated a Kabbalat Shabbat service together with the program "Dialogue perspektives: Religions and World views in conversations" from the Ernst Ludwig Ehrlich Studienwerk. Numerous visitors were listening to the singing of the Jewish community with cantor Svetlana Kundish and Rabbi Alexander Grodensky in our pavilion in Wittenberg. As guests we greeted, among others, Prof. Walter Homolka and Margot Käßmann.
At nightfall, the candles were lit and the Shabbat greeted. The light of the candles made our pavilion shine in a whole new atmosphere.
Many thanks to the co-organizers and the visitors!
