In einer vielfältigen Welt ist gegenseitiges Verständnis der Schlüssel zu einem friedlichen Miteinander. Religionen prägen unser Zusammenleben – oft stärker, als uns bewusst ist. Doch fehlendes Wissen über andere Traditionen kann Unsicherheiten und Vorurteile fördern.
The heart of the House of One is already beating
Die interreligiöse Bildungsarbeit des House of One setzt genau hier an: Noch bevor das Haus physisch entsteht, schlägt sein Herz bereits in Projekten, die Dialog stiften, Perspektiven erweitern und Neugier fördern – für Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene.
Learning from one another, living together
Ob im Klassenzimmer, im virtuellen Raum oder im internationalen Austausch: Wir schaffen Räume der Begegnung. Räume, in denen Fragen erlaubt sind. Räume, in denen Vielfalt gelebt wird.

Wir glauben an die Kraft der Begegnung und engagieren uns mit Herzblut und Leidenschaft für die Idee eines friedlichen Miteinanders über alle Grenzen hinweg. Mit unserer Bildungsarbeit sorgen wir schon jetzt dafür, dass die Idee des House of One mehr ist als ein Ort.

Behind the educational work of the House of One stand experienced educators from Jewish, Christian, and Muslim backgrounds. They bring diverse perspectives – and a shared attitude: openness, respect, and the desire to create spaces for encounter.
Our education team accompanies people of all ages in engaging in conversations about religion and discovering new perspectives. In classrooms, at conferences, or right on Petriplatz – always with expertise, empathy, and a healthy dose of curiosity.
House of One goes to school
A project for pupils, teachers, and school networks: we offer workshops for school classes and educational staff, provide guidance for school projects, organize cross-school events, and support a school network with regular meetings.

Building bridges together
Our interreligious educational work for organizations and multipliers includes network meetings and exchanges, consulting for congregations, youth and educational institutions, workshops for teams and groups, as well as cooperation with civil society actors.

Guided tours & workshops
Learning on site – at the construction site and in the city! In our tours and workshops we introduce the House of One and its architecture, explore the history of Petriplatz, look at religious life in Berlin, and use interactive formats – from quizzes and perspective shifts to open conversations. Together, we also address issues such as antisemitism, anti-Muslim sentiment, and exclusion.

The 331-Podcast
Three women, three perspectives, one honest exchange: In the House of One podcast “3 Women, 3 Religions, 1 Topic”, it’s all about faith, everyday life, and personal background. Sometimes serious, sometimes humorous – always honest and up to date.

The House of One-Box in Berlin
The House of One-Box at the Petriplatz construction site invites you to take a look behind the scenes of this unique multi-faith building. Three days a week we open our doors to visitors who want to learn more about the creation of the House of One and our interreligious work.
